We’re excited to invite you to EKC 2026, where excitement meets community with 2 days of mind blowing event action, and 4 days of downtime and side events.

Bungalow for 4 people / 5 nights (1200€ , 240€/night)

Dates: Wednesday May 20th to Monday May 25th

The Bungalows fit 4 people. They have 2 rooms each with either 2 single beds or double beds. You will have a private shower, kitchen and terrace. There is also space to park 1 car on location per bungalow.

Security deposit: A 100€ security deposit is to be paid upon check-in.

Check-in and check-out
• Check-in: between 16:00 and 20:00 on May 20th
• Check-out: between 07:00 and 10:00 on May 25th

City Camping Utrecht
Address: Ariënslaan 5, 3573 PT , Utrecht
From Schiphol Airport: train to Utrecht Centraal and bus to Utrecht, Veemarkt. Approximately 60 minutes.

You will receive an email with a Google Form, and your tickets. Please share this form ONLY with your housemates. We kindly ask you be patient, we will have to send out these emails/ticket links manually so there might be a delay.
